September 8 - 12, 2009     The members of San Diego Base and USS Scamp Base are proud to host the 2009 National USSVI Convention in sunny San Diego! Mark your calendars and plan on coming back to San Diego!       The 2009 National USSVI Convention will be a "joint" convention with shipmates from the International Submariners Association and the Submariners Association of Canada. This will be a great addition to the convention and presents a real opportunity for submariners from around the globe to share our commond bond of service aboard submarines.     H1N1 or "SWINE" FLU The 2009 Convention Committee is watching the situation very carefully and will provide the latest information and advice that we are provided. We are relying on information provided from Local, State, and National health organizations as well as from the U.S. Travel Association.
