San Diego Base Bylaws

San Diego Base is an authorized and Chartered Base of the United States Submarine Veterans, Inc., founded in 1964 in Connecticut.

The current edition of the San Diego Base Bylaws was approved in January 2004. Any member may request a change these Bylaws. To submit a request, please forward it to Bylaws Coordinator Mike Cosgrove at MECosgroveJr@ymail.com, and include "USSVI BYLAWS" in the Subject line. Alternately, you can call Mike at 619-559-4004. The Bylaws Coordinator will submit all requests to the Executive Board for consideration and recommendation in accordance with Article XIII.

The current edition of the USSVI National Bylaws and Constitution were approved in September 2010.
